This is what I am restoring right now. It is a 1908(?) hand-drawn Hose Cart.

     It is believed this hose cart was used by the Canton (OH) Fire Department, although the Fire Department will not confirm that.

     NOTE: The current Canton Fire Department members say they never had any hand-drawn equipment, although there is in existance a photograph dated 1922 that shows 3 hand-drawn hose carts and a hand-drawn ladder wagon alongside their eight motorized fire engines.
