
 
 
     The mission of the Appalachian Foothills Fire Historical Society is to preserve, collect, record and exhibit the history of the fire services along the western foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, as well as teach and promote fire prevention and fire safety to its citizens. |
     We are losing our history with each day we allow to pass without recording that history.  It is the desire of this Society to preserve that history for the viewing and education of future generations. |
