MERCHANDISE ARE WELCOME!
 
Vendors of firefighting equipment and memorabilia are gathering for the nineth annual Appalachian Foothills Fire Muster.  You are invited to participate.  All proceeds from this event will assist in establishing our fire museum. |

LOCATION |
The muster will be held at the Barbourville City Park on North Allison Avenue in Barbourville, Kentucky.  Access to Interstate 75 is 18 miles north of the grounds at Corbin, Kentucky (I-75 Exit 29). |

DATE & TIME |
The muster will be June 19, 2010, from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.  Vendors may begin setup at 7:00 am.  Muster times are Eastern Daylight Time. |

PRE-REGISTRATION |
Vendors are encouraged to pre-register for this event to ensure a prime location for your display.  Pre-registration ends June 1, 2010. |

DISPLAY CONTENT |
All commercial vendor displays MUST be 50% firefighter-related merchandise. |

VENDOR SPACES |
Vendor space will be allotted in 10’x10’ spaces at $10.00 per space when pre-registering.  After June 1, 2010, all spaces will be $20.00 each.  Vendor spaces are available on a first-paid basis only. |
 
 
 
SILENT AUCTION |
There will be a Silent Auction held during the Muster.  All vendors are encouraged to assist the auction with products, memorabilia, banners, photos, etc.  All organizations donating products to the auction will receive advertising during the Muster.  An advertising brochure or literature about the product should accompany the products.  If you are unable to attend the Muster, please consider sending an item to be auctioned. |

Grounds will open at 7:00 a.m. for vendor setup.
Vendors are asked to be set up by 10:00 am
