This is a Farmall 400 "altered slightly" to include a 351 CID Cleveland FORD V8 engine and Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, 23" wide back tires and a Farmall 400 pedal Tractor mounted in the middle and, of course, the "IH" Umbrella and the good ole American Flag waving high above it all!
